We are so sorry that you have not received your sweatshirt. We did everything we needed to on our end and this issue is with USPS. As we discussed, I have gone ahead and filed a claim for you and am still waiting for USPS to respond.
The sweatshirt is nice but beware it is very long. I am a tall person, but this sweatshirt hits like a tunic, not a sweatshirt. Read the return policy well. I would not have ordered it if I had realized I could only return for store credit.
